I consider myself fortunate to have had Jane Doyle "find" me at an open house she was having for another client. She always followed up on anything she told me; she made sure I was getting the listings for my preferences; she would call me to look at a property because she thought it would be a good one for me. She was helpful at open houses or private showings, pointing out the good and/or bad things that she saw in a house. She is knowledgeable about windows, roofs, furnaces, whether there were basement water issues present, etc.

As a first-time home buyer, she understood that she needed to be patient with me, that I needed more of an explanation about things --- in other words --- that I needed to be "handled."

My house-hunting was not a quick process, but Jane was always optimistic, encouraging, friendly, cheerful and patient. She was professional in her dealings with other agents as well.

I ascribe to the theory that some people are better at their jobs than others. Jane is definitely one of those people who are better. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is lucky to have her on its team.
